JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*Has at least 6 years of working experience in a leadership role
*Has at least 10 years of working experience in Workforce Management.
*Amenable to work on site.
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversight of the Workforce Management budget and cost structure
*Assist the Command Center leads with sales and answers.
They are also in charge of supporting the sales process by helping to create quotations, sales materials, tours, and demos.
*In charge of searching for ways to add more contracts to the Workforce Management service offering.
*In charge of fulfilling all agreements and SLAs
*Encourage industrialization for all contracts.
