Enshored is seeking an outstanding Workforce Lead who will be a role model to his/her direct reports.
Motivates team members and assesses performance.
Provides help to management, including staffing, scheduling, and other workforce-related topics.

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Directly supervises a group of 8 - 10 RTA's.
Responsible for day-to-day queue management and assignment of workforce tasks including reporting.
- In charge of client communications regarding latency, staffing, and other workforce-related topics.
- Directly reports to the Workforce manager.
- Assists Workforce manager with staff planning, scheduling, and capacity-related duties
- Practice and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the company
- Coordinate closely with Operations around staffing and scheduling.
Minimum requirements
- 2 years of Workforce experience, in forecasting and scheduling

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
