**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with pointed analyses,

escalation of progress towards goals, and recommendations
- Plan for respective assets, seat allocation, and measure seat utilization.
- Computes shrinkage, plot schedules and leaves, and manage staffing.
- He/She is expected to alert management regarding any business day issues.
- Also expects to do other tasks related to the position.
- Ensure scheduling standards and procedures are being adhered to and take corrective

action to address non-conformance
- Collaborates with client supervisors to identify and track both planned and unplanned

absences as well as projected and confirmed attrition
- Monitor statistics to ensure Associate thresholds are within client level
- Responsible for timely action on data requirements from process owners and other

departments
- Generates/gathers/ provide reports (operations - volume) daily, weekly, and monthly to

department head and clients
- Produce daily status reports on the previous day's activities, including average handle

time (AHT) patterns, staffing shrinkage, and any changes initiated by the intraday team,
such as paid time off (PTO), and voluntary time off (VTO), or training.
**Minimum Requirement Qualifications**:

- Advanced knowledge in reporting methodology & procedures
- Experienced with RTA and Reports Analyst ( Workforce Analyst as a whole)
- Experience in delivering workforce management processes to a Call Center

environment
- With at least 2-3 years of extensive exposure to workforce analysis.
- Highly analytical; strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize various data points and drive towards a conclusion with the ability

to justify that conclusion
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, manual computations using excel/ macro
- Can work effectively under pressure
- Willing to do client presentations
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

**Education and Experience**:

- Preferably with a Bachelor's/College Degree and 1-2 years experience specializing in

workforce management.
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
