**Workforce Planner**
- Input efficient, cost effective, equitable and operationally sustainable rosters in a timely manner, and in accordance with relevant guidelines and procedures
- With a focus on efficiency, resource optimisation and continuous improvement, ensure optimal resources are available to meet customer demand and exceed service standards
- Update resource plans and generate reports on staffing status as required
- Ensure the New Zealand and MVP teams supporting the NZ business, are adequately resourced to achieve targets and service levels through planning, rostering and real time management of resources.
- Provide support with roster related queries including changes and modifications.
- Provide accurate and timely processing relating to all workforce deployment activities for the New Zealand teams
- Identify and manage issues and gaps in resourcing, incorporating initiatives in planning and resourcing and for supporting ongoing operational efficiencies.
- Initiate and drive the rostering process through data analyses and reporting to the operational managers in New Zealand
- Process routine actions and administrative reports including but not limited to absenteeism, overtime, shift changes, on-call, departures and modifications
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with staff and line managers and proactively seek feedback to ensure a quality focused service is being provided to the New Zealand business
- Work closely with Field Managers to identify and communicate Delivery Partner's availability
- General
- Attend and constructively participate in team and company meetings.
- Escalate all appropriate matters to the Host Employee or Host Manager or other appropriate UCG employee on a timely basis.
- Adhere to relevant UCG policy or procedures.
- Adhere to relevant MVP policies and procedures including Human Resources and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business studies, Human Resources or Business Systems
- Experience with rostering software and systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing rostering complexities.
- Understand human resource guidelines or equivalent, in relation to the development, maintenance and population of operational rosters.
- Demonstrated effective level of, interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, exercising confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines on tasks requiring a volume of transactions
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work under pressure and under limited supervision.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
