WIRE DRAWING OPERATOR

Qualifications:
1.
At least High School Graduate
2.
Physically Fit and Hardworking
3.
Willing to render overtime and with experience in Wire Drawing Machines.
4.
With our without experience
5.
Able to work as a Team
6.
Complete with his requirements

Role Charter:
1.
Prepare wire rod rolls and check conditions prior to loading to the wire drawing machine.
2.
Coordinate with forklift operators on the loading of pre-checked wire rods to wire rod stand/s.
3.
Operate wire drawing machine after preparation is done and re-check for readiness.
4.
During operation of wire drawn machine, constantly check oil, dye and powder to avoid wire drawing machine disruption.
5.
Check and re-check if semi-processed drawn wire output meets diameter and other key specifications standard.
6.
Ensure wire drawing line, equipment & tools are in tip top condition at all times.
7.
Conduct preventive maintenance program of wire drawing equipment.
8.
Full compliance of regulatory requirements on Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety at the workplace.
9.
Keep and maintain cleanliness & order at the warehouse facility & operational control areas at all times.
10.
Other responsibilities as required by the Officer-in-Charge.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
