Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
Experienced in supporting, deploying and monitoring large production applications
Experienced in troubleshooting bottlenecks in multi-tier applications hosted in production environments
With experience in configuration files for ASP.Net web sites, Windows services and stand-alone .NET applications
Preferably knowledgeable in SQL Server 2008, SQL Management Studio, SQL Reporting Studio, Networking, Load balancers, Firewalls, and Windows 2008
Good communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
Application deployment during install and subsequent upgrades during the course of the project
Operational validation testing of the environment. This includes:

a. Able to complete full operational verification
b. Clean sign off from the run of the Validator tool for the client’s UAT account
c. Confirmation that all SiteScope monitoring is in place and working properly
d. Confirmation that EPIC is configured properly and receiving all transaction data
Provide weekly status reports
Attend weekly status meetings and provide meeting notes from the Install perspective to lead
Responsible for maintaining the Build Template for assigned client(s)
Oversee performance testing of the environment to ensure contractual compliance before go-live
Respond to client logged Remedy INC’s as they come in during the project
Prepare for and participate in the go-live readiness exercise for assigned client(s)
Participate and execute the go-live operational tasks to bring the client live
Once complete with the go-live, resolve all outstanding issues to allow for the successful hand-off to Production Management run support
Understand and align to Change Control processes

a. Able to log CRQ’s on time
b. Get proper approval
c. Submit work plans
