The Workflow Specialist is responsible for quality control for check processing.

Individual Responsibilities:

- Quality control of the check processing by the department
- Provides leadership and training to other members of the team
- Process risk items
- Assists team members to ensure a cohesive unit and consistent service

Job Requirements:

- 1-2 years' experience in insurance or financial services industries
- Post-secondary school or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of business procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
