QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of work experience related to Sales/Customer Service or equivalent.
- Familiarity in managing with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and experience in managing e-commerce platform.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Extraordinary self-starter, strong initiative, and attention to detail

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Keep an updated customer database and sales funnel and sales report.
- Initiate sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
- Answers inquiries on online platforms(FB, IG, Lazada, Shoppee)
- Meet sales quotas.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc.
and present their benefits
- Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases and reactions to products.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
