Operate the appropriate welding equipment and tools to repair or put together mechanical structures and parts.
- Ensure accurate measurements to properly set-up equipment and parts to be welded to minimize waste of materials.
- Respond to service calls and welding requests
- Follow safety guidelines and the proper use of protective and safety devices.
- Observe proper housekeeping and perform other duties that may be assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic measurement skills and must know how to interpret drawings and sketches; preferably with experience in varieties of welding procedures (TIG, SMAW, MMA)
- With experience in using electrical and manual tools ( saw, grinder, calipers, etc.)
or any experience related to automotive
- Must be safety conscious with steady hands and good eyesight.
