**What you'll be doing?

- Gauge and check support levels when called for.
- Make rules to help to increase tasks and specialised improvements.
- Using a digital program, takes action to consumer queries in a call center setting.
- May execute one or more of the following: Replies to phone problems and grievances using basic scripts and operations.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves questions and records user phone calls.
