Project Execution
Understands use cases, process flows, and other functional and technical specifications to implement software solutions
Creates prototypes, mock-ups, and wireframes
Follows set coding standards, code sharing and design guidelines of the team
Develops modules and functionalities
Reports own progress back to JIRA as the project tracking tool
Regularly updates the project’s code repositories and branches
Project Testing, Quality Audit and Deployment
Tests own work, ensures all specified functionality has been delivered and all performance constraints have been met
Sets up UAT (informing participants, scheduling, gathering results).
Creates test cases to be used during UAT
Implements the necessary fix or improvement for web project testing results
Project Support and Maintenance
Analyses, recommends, and implement change requests
Troubleshoots major bugs/defects and assists associate developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time (advanced bug/defects: loss of data, server errors, logical errors, unexpected app behavior)
Responds to general inquiries and requests received and identify need for escalations
Proactive monitoring of the tickets log in the issue tracker
Database Management and Reporting
Designing, testing, implementing, managing, and maintaining integrity of our company's databases
Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning
Investigates various source database structures and designs and develops ETL processes
Analyze, generate, create dashboard and reports using Power BIRequirements
Education: Bachelor of Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field of study/equivalent experience
Job related experience: at least 2-3 yrs. of experience in web development, support and administrationSkills
Intermediate knowledge on:
ASP.NET C#
MS SQL
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript/jQuery
REST API
GIT source control
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Fluent English essential both written and verbal
