Web Designer | Mid-Level

Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for creating the look, layout, and features of the company's website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Work with Senior Designers and team to define user flows and sitemaps Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology With at least 2-3 years demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop Experience creating storyboards and site mapping Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently Professional written and interpersonal skills Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
