Job Description:
The Wealth Solutions Manager partners with the Multi Asset and Fixed Income Investment Products team as well as the External Introducers Group to facilitate new client acquisition, retention and deepening efforts for the ATRAM Wealth unit by providing proactive advisor and sales support to a sophisticated client base.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Help drive YOY business growth Assists in identifying new business opportunities with new and existing clients Builds, develops, coordinates, maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients Cross-sells the organization’s products and services to existing clients Implement sales and marketing strategies of the ATRAM Wealth unit Builds, develops, coordinates and maintains relationships with the external introducers for the onboarding of new ATRAM Wealth clients Develop presentations for sales pitches across ATRAM’s investment platforms Develops content for regular and special marketing materials (e.g. ATRAM Edge, Investor Education and other forums) Assists in identifying client needs and be able to work closely with internal units to provide solutions and communicate these to the customer Actively participate in deepening client market acumen and investment knowledge Keep the ATRAM Wealth Team abreast of industry developments by active participation in associations and industry events Build strong relationships across internal product, client service, operations and marketing areas Act as project manager for strategic initiatives (Road Shows, Product Launches, Morning Calls, Sales Training, etc.) and the creation of alliances with other organizations who meet the needs and are patronized by the target market of ATRAM Wealth. Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness Minimum Qualifications:
Competencies required: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations of the financial markets, asset management and trust industries Technical Investment products knowledge with hands-on experience in the creation or sales of investment products Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Marketing-oriented, quick thinker, creative Detail oriented Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint High level of integrity Education and experience required: A minimum of 5 years work experience in the fields of banking or asset management, particularly in the function of treasury and investment product management. Sales and relationship management are optional. Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business, economics or finance-related courses. With an indepth knowledge and understanding of economics, financial markets and asset management products
