Wealth Associate

Job Description:
The Wealth Management Associate provides the required sales support to the Wealth Solutions Managers in order to ensure that daily client engagements are optimized. This is done by focusing on the update and maintenance of all client documents for regulatory changes, presentation decks, client and internal business reports.


Duties and Responsibilities: Assistance to the Wealth Solutions Managers to help them drive YOY business growth Preparation of all onboarding documents using the latest updated versions Completion of all onboarding checks and system updates for new clients Preparation of client periodic reports Preparation of the updated Presentation Decks to potential ATRAM Wealth clients Customer Servicing for transactional requirements Minimum Qualifications:
Competencies required: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Process-oriented and policy-focused Detail oriented Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point High level of integrity Education and experience required: No work experience required but an advantage if have done internships with companies which required the creation or updates of business documents Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business, mass communications, political science Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications
