REQUIREMENTS:
•Native / Non-Native Vietnamese Speakers
•Preferably residing in the Philippines
•Can speak, read and write Vietnamese fluently
•Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule
•Willing to support online role playing gamers
•Interest in RPG/MMORPG is a BIG Plus
•Preferably with Gaming experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible in providing assistance via chat and email to Vietnamese Gamers
•Deliver timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
•Create and monitor game forums
•Escalate issues as needed
•Assist and troubleshoot real time game issues such as bugs, software error etc.
•Perform relevant tasks as assigned
