The business for a media agency such as Wavemaker has evolved through the years, specifically in its digital practices. from what used to be a media-centric, its offer has expanded to non-media services which include but are not limited to strategy and creative conceptualization for digital, digital assets production, consumer engagement, and analytics and insights, among others.Managing varying levels of scope of work for clients; maintaining relationship with both internal and external stakeholders; as well as ensuring that revenue targets are achieved, are key to the role of the Senior Precision Planner.
As a Senior Precision Planner, he/she will have the responsibility to manage the business need of the accounts that will be assigned to him/her. He/She will also have the responsibility to drive business development for both existing and potential clients of the agency.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Senior Precision Planning Group Head for Wavemaker Philippines.

Mastered client management skills,delivering superior service and output for accounts handled
Learned the basic media planning and optimization and analytics skills
Managed to handle projects/executions independently
Achieved a clear grasp of the ins and outs of the accounts handled
Established a good working relationship with key stakeholders (internal and client teams)
Proposed process improvements as needed

In six months:
Identified new opportunity to grow business handled
Mapped out the relevant account playbooks to ensure that handling of the accounts is of good standard
Set internal KPIs for accounts managed
Have full accountability on the revenue targets set for your accounts

In twelve months:
Have majorly contributed to the successful launch of the brands handled
Achieved 100% of revenue targets set for your accounts
Proposed and acquired new sources of revenue to help achieve the annual targets of the Interaction team.

Responsibilities of the Role
Primary point of contact for account assignmentsAcquires, understands/processes and cascades briefs received from clients
Works with strategists and specialists to ensure that the output of the agency meet or exceed client expectations
Presents, defends or justifies, alongside strategists and specialists, the output of the agency
Drives and captures agreements during meetings
Ensures that smooth relationship is maintained with the different stakeholders of the assigned accounts

Senior Precision Planner who ensures that deliverables for clients are met on time, in scope and within agreed upon costsManages projects pre, during and after campaign
Ensures that hours rendered by the team members are compensated for
Diligently monitors achievement of revenue targets and account receivables/payables
Performs administrative work, as required, to manage the business

Looks after the interests of the accountHas an excellent understanding of the accounts/brands being handled
Has a good grasp of the competitive landscape where the accounts/brands are playing in
Diligently studies the consumer and digital landscape relevant to the business of the assigned accounts/brands
Proactively shares “opportunities to win” to assigned accounts/brands

Looks after the interests of the agencySpots opportunities for business growth
Protects agency intellectual property for services rendered
Ensures smooth relationship between the agency and client
Goes the “extra mile” to deliver the expectations of clients

What you will need:
Graduate of a business or research-related course
Minimum of 3 to 4 years in a digital media function
Experience in advertising, public relations/communications, marketing or any similar field
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
MS Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Client servicing skills
Has a good grasp of the Philippine digital media landscape; capable of using tools such as ComScore, SimilarWeb, Effective Measure for audience planning
Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects and accounts
Can work with minimal supervision
Team player, and ability to work under pressure
Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be an advantage
