This person will also help in processing warranty claims. This person will speak with both the Home Depot store staff and customers to help resolve warranty claims.
Duties and Responsibilities: Create reports based on the available dataProvide detailed analysis based of reportsProvide empathetic feedback to customers and clientsResolve claims in an efficient and timely manner Qualifications: Candidate must experience in reporting and data analysisCandidate must be well-spoken in English and have past experience working with customers to resolve issuesApplicant must possess excellent communication skills.Time ManagementExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently under minimal supervisionExperience working in a US company in retail sales is a plus WHY INTELASSIST?
