Day-to-day activities:
- Oversee a small warehouse operations team
- Take ownership of the team's operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate tracking and accounting of orders to end customer
- Propose process improvement for efficient delivery of goods
- Generate metric reports with analysis as needed
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
- Ensure inventory transactions accuracy
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Various other duties, as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Logistics or in Warehouse Operations
- Aptitude for counting and inventory management
- Organizational and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to work long hours during peak cycle
- Computer literacy in word and excel
- Proficient in English
