Warehouse Supervisor

Facilitates receiving of Finished Goods from Production.
Ensures receiving SOP is strictly followed at all times.
- Enter received finished goods to customers' system and ensure accuracy of entries.
Raise issues related to customer systems encountered to the customer hotline service.
- Coordinates allocation with the customers and prepares daily shipper or Proforma Packing List of units.
- Coordinates with Quality Control section for Incoming and/or outgoing of items.
- Coordinates with Traffic, PPC and Customer for the necessary documents to facilitate faster and accurate preparation and dispatch of Finished Goods.
- Sees to it that proper stocking and traceability is done for all received items.
Makes sure items are properly placed on their storage areas for faster retrieval and FIFO system is strictly implemented.
- Conduct and supervises inventory taking activities.
Ensure that inventory report is submitted with analysis, explanations and action plans for items not meeting the required inventory accuracy target.
- Make sure that warehouse stocks are secured from pilferage and theft by following strictly the security measures set in the warehouse area.
- Attend meetings set by superior and abide by the SOPs and way of working discussed during meetings.
- Performs other functions as may be required by his/her superior after due

training /qualification.
**Education**
Graduate of any 4 year course

**Skills & Experience**
With experience in warehousing and knowledge in warehouse
management system.
