Warehouse Supervisor

The duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor are as follows:

- Ensures that right SKU mix and right stocking levels thru timely replenishment.
- Placement of confirmed and supplemental orders.
- Coordinates with Finance Manager in conducting periodic inventory count following the standard procedures and correct usage of forms.
- Ensures that the right warehouse operational systems and procedures are followed.
- Ensures that warehouse storage capacity covers the current business needs with appropriate expansion area in anticipation of future sales growth.
- Continuously applies Good Warehousing Practice, enforces safety and security measures, & maintains cleanliness in the warehouse premises at all times
- Regularly reviews logístical requirements and provides recommendations to the Operations Manager to achieve operational efficiencies
- Ensures that customer's orders are delivered on time and with the right quantity based on the standards set
- Formal appraisal and assessment of team thru regular performance review

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month
