Warehouse Supervisor

Job Qualifications
• Position requires the full knowledge of warehousing principles and application normally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business field.
• Must have full knowledge of warehouse management and inventory controls
• Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
• This position through mentoring and training will also help the development of the capability within the warehouse department group
• Establishes, publishes and maintain policies and procedures relative to the scope of the production activity
• Orients employees on job duties and responsibilities and explain job performance and standards
• Ensures employees' compliance to company rules and regulations as well as operational policies and procedures
• Ensures that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
• Motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards
