Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
The position is responsible for supervising the activities within the assigned warehouse to ensure the efficiency of operation, optimum production outputs, and maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.
Provides the necessary day-to-day supervision and guidance to each warehouse staff to make sure that they are performing their duties as expected;
Conducts random physical counts to validate inventory of goods and to ensure that there is no missing goods in the warehouse;
Monitors stock inventory to ensure that the inventory can still accommodate deliveries
Checks warehouse utilization and double-checks goods delivered to make sure that they are unloaded in the designated bay area;
Ensures proper manning levels based on the requirements of production and the Warehouse Checkers;
Implements Good Warehouse Practices and establishes a good working environment;
Performs other tasks as directed from time to time.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Industrial Engineering
At least 4 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Must be willing to work from Monday - Saturday.
Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas
