Warehouse Staff

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**RETAIL**
- Prepares requested order based on received receipts.
- Does stocking, picking, packing and checking as instructed by immediate supervisor.
- Helps in ensuring stock count/inventory is accurate and complete.
- Picks and packs ordered products accurately, completely and ensure no damages/defects.
- Maintains cleanliness in area for rotation of workload schedule.
- Performs all assigned tasks as instructed by Warehouse Manager.
**E-COMMERCE**

1.
Picking and Repacking of items ordered by the customers on a daily basis.
2.
Receiving and Double checking of all product description, items and quantity based from the received receipts from main warehouse to E-Commerce Warehouse

3.
Responsible for Releasing of Orders across all E-comm Platform

4.
Responsible for Stock Count to determine Seller Center vs Actual Inventory On Hand

5.
Must be keen to details to produce accurate work results by the following:

- Accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Timely completion on all customers' orders
- No mistakes on items handled.
- Correct and accurate packaging of the right product and right quantity.
- Efficient and maximize utilization of packaging products and supplies

6.
Maintain cleanliness of area for the rotation of workload schedule

7.
Must Understands and performs all the assigned task from Warehouse Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- With at least 1 year relative work experience as Warehouse staff
- Computer literate
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to perform functions as required in the nature and scope of the position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
