**JOB PURPOSE**:
Responsible for the picking of customers stocks and ensuring the completeness and correctness of all client/client representative orders.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Strictly adheres to maintenance checklist of manual and electric pallet mover before and after the shift.
- Ensures that the pallet mover's batteries are charged prior to use.
- Secures that the external parts such as the wheels, forks, horns, hoist etc.
are in good condition prior to use.
- Report to Immediate Superior as soon as any defects are found in the equipment
2.
Receiving
- Prepares the pallet for incoming items.
- Assist client representative in stacking the item to pallet.
- Weighs the received items.
- Responsible for the placement of pallet identification detail (PID).
- Assist in transporting pallets to loading docks and support in unloading items.
- Support in transferring the item from loading bay to the assigned cold room.
3.
Issuance
- Receives picklist from the Checker.
- Locate the product ordered.
- Pick goods that are requested by customer based on picklist.
- Coordinates with RTO if the items being pick up are bulk.
- Transfer ordered item from cold room to loading bay if the items may be transported via pallet mover.
- Ensures that the goods are dispatched to the clients in time.
- Ensure accuracy of each order
4.
Other Duties
- Participates in the implementation of facility and stock security measures.
- Take part in the monitoring of anomalous activities such as pilferage and eating of stocks.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual wall to wall inventory count.
