**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plans, coordinates and direct warehouse logistics operation such as receiving, dispatching and inventory control of construction materials
- Prepare and submit inventory report every week
- Update inventory everyday
- Capable of securing all materials and equipment
- Implement and ensures efficient warehouse system
- Maintain item records documents necessary information, utilize reports relative to warehouse.
- Ensure the inventory transactions accuracy
- Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
- Create appropriate requests and coordinate to the main office
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and Regulations
- Will follow additional tasks to be assigned anytime by Direct Supervisor/Managers
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related courses.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong ethical leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
