Warehouse/ Logistics Manager

Functions
Manage the warehouse in compliance with company's policies & regulations.
Oversee the implementation & enforcement of warehousing policies & procedures in order to cope with the current condition and customer requirements.
Prepares annual budget of the assigned warehouse.
Checks, monitor and control expenses in reference to established budget.
Monitor scheduled warehouse activities and respective key result areas.
Measure and report the effectiveness of employee performance.
Communicate job expectations and coach subordinates.
Determine staffing levvels and assign workload
Liase with customers, supplies & related parties.
Confer and coordinate activiteis with other branch & related parties.
Reviews and approves reports submitted by subordinates.
Report to GM any issues encountered, generate report and counter measure as needed.
Maintain 5S at all times.
Perform all other tasks as required by superiors that maybe assigned from time to time.
