Warehouse Distribution Assistant

The Distribution warehouse assistant is primarily responsible for handling inventory stocks,receiving and dispatch of items.
This role reports to the Distribution Warehouse Manager and will be based in one of the warehouses in MM/GMA.
**Main Duties**
- Receiving of Items
- Checking of delivered items per Purchase Order
- Cross checking the invoices and delivered items
- Asset Tagging of NV Equipment
- Preparing items for dispatch
- Creation of Manifest / Transmittal
- Payment processing for Finance
- Monitoring of inventory items

**Minimum Qualifications**
- At Least College Level
- Has at least 2 years work experience as a stock clerk, inventory staff, payment processing, auditor or any related field.
- Excellent skill in Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Must be residing and willing to work in Paranaque City.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
