Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities for the Management of the whole Warehouse Operation
Supervise the work accomplishment of Warehouse Personnel’s
Part of the activities of Warehouse in Charge is the closing of Daily Sales and Stock report (DSSR) and submission of documents in relation with this.
Attest Daily Physical Inventory of Warehouse Checkers for full goods and complete empties.
Responsible for the condemnation of bad orders from dealers and other different entities.
Responsible for the daily submission of missing claims for SMBI Logistics approval, monitoring of document will be on a daily basis, and the submission of its summary to the Operation Manager will be weekly particularly on Monday at 6AM.
Responsible for proper documentation and recordings of promotional items to be submitted to the OM weekly particularly every Monday at 2pm.
WIC must also monitor daily the breakages report, this will be submitted to OM daily for proper monitoring purposes.
Responsible for the Management concerning Warehouse Variances which are unexplainable within the given time of the attached memorandum.
Coordinate with Security OIC concerning security and control measures
Coordinates with San Miguel’s Sales and Logistics Personnel

Qualifications:
Female 25-35 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in SAP Software and warehousing
Proficient in various computer application (MS-Word, Excel, projects and PowerPoint)
Ability to lead by example, self-motivated and proactive in approach.
Can adapt and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
With good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic and fast learner.
Excellent in counting and analyzing inventory result.
