Warehouse Checker

**I.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
Randomly Check the actual picked/staged stocks (item description, quantity, unit of measurement, batch no.)
and compare it to the document (picking list/packing list/ ATW).
2.
Ensure all tally sheet and dispatch are filled correctly and complete.
3.
Report to Loading Team Lead if there is discrepancy or damaged stocks found before loading.
4.
Ensure stocks are released as Commercial by QA-FGQC.
5.
Always coordinate/communicate to the Forklift Operators and Warehouse Team Leads assigned for the stocks being picked, locate/place and staged.
6.
Observe FIFO/FEFO system.
7.
Maintain the warehouse records and storage area in neat and orderly manner.
8.
Assist in checking the Truck & C-van prior to loading.
9.
Ensure that pre-staging of stocks is properly implemented.
10.
Ensure that all documents are signed with printed name and signature.
11.
Perform other duties may be assigned by Immediate Head.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
