About the role: The Vice President of Strategy & Investor Relations is responsible for developing and effectively communicating the company’s narrative including financial results, short-term and long-term strategies, and new investment opportunities. You must become a specialist in both the firm’s organizational structure as well as its products and strategies. You will act as an ambassador for ZEN Rooms and be the principal point of contact with investors and sell-side analysts. You will also advise the ZEN Rooms leadership team on its relations with the investment community and market sentiment in general. You will report directly to the CEO.
What will you do? Develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan for investor relations, ensuring IR initiatives are effectively linked to ZEN Rooms goals and deliver a high quality, consistent investor experience Lead the Investor Relations effort to find, support, and engage with current and future investors Maintain a robust understanding of key business drivers and metrics, competitive factors, etc. Ensure executive team is up to date on investor perceptions of the company; recommend and implement any necessary course corrections in messaging and relationship management Identifying and communicating ways for the Investor Relations program to continuously improve, whether from a strategic, tactical or operational perspective Plan an active investor relations calendar of investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor and analyst events Building deep knowledge and insight on the travel and hospitality industry and developments in capital markets and investor relations best practice Minimum Qualifications:
What profile are we looking for? Graduate of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from Top 5 university in your Country 3-5 years of working experience. Minimum 2 years in a TOP 3 Consulting firm A strong understanding of financial modeling techniques to project a company's operating and financial performance Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make effective recommendations and oversee projects through completion Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with attention to detail Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. enthusiastic team player and self-starter; exceptional influencing skills Self-motivated problem solver who can work well under pressure and tight deadlines Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
