AI & Product Development: Drive the adoption of AI/ML models to enhance business automation, insights, and decision-making for users.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to align technology with business goals.

The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role .
Deep expertise in Python and modern software development frameworks.
Strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is highly preferred.
Proven ability to scale tech teams and platforms in a high-growth environment.
Experience working with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) .
