**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position: VoIP Technical Support**
**Schedule: 9pm to 6am**
**Work set-up: On-Site (Clark, Pampanga)**
- 3+ years of experience with any soft switch
- 3+ years of experience with networking
- Knowledge of IP phones, provisioning & troubleshooting them.
