Visual Merchandiser

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Creative and innovative thinker
Good communication skills to present ideas to others
Self-motivated and practical
Teamwork skills
Must possess a results-driven attitude
Must have a creative mindset
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
Proficiency in MS Office
Highly composed in meeting tight deadlines
Willing to work long hours
Willing to travel
Create sketches of visual displays based on the set requirements.
Finalize the sketched design and create detailed floor plans
Source the necessary props, materials and accessories
Carry out actual installation and dismantling of displays
Ensure every store has the right visual impact
Make the most of the space available, work within a budget and meet deadlines.
Visit branches to train and brief staff on arranging displays.
