Visa Supervisor

Details of the offer

a) Encourage team members to develop teamwork.
b) Ensure that the department's procedures and guidelines are continuously practiced by members of the team.
d) Provide spot solutions and call the attention of the particular Visa staff, if request/inquiry/concern was not properly attended to.
Escalate issues to Visa OM, if needed.
- e) _Handle and address customer complaints.
Escalate issues to Visa Operations Manager, if needed._

f) Properly manage work schedule and shifts to ensure that there is always an available staff for the morning briefing, which starts at 7:30 AM.
- g) _Review the MC and CA requests of the Visa team prior to sending to Accounting._

h) Assisting assigned Visa Specialist with fees that require credit card payments.
j) Serve as back up Visa Specialist, if needed.
k) Ensure that authorization letters are prepared by the Visa Specialists for the release of visas.
l) Evaluate and complete the Performance Appraisals of Visa Specialists, in consultation with the Visa OM and General Manager.
m) Suggest training needs of team members.
n) Attend all required trainings and meetings as required by the company.
o) Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct.
p) Comply with the Company's Quality Policy.
q) Handle other duties that the Visa OM, General Manager and the President will assign.
