Visa officer facilitates VISA application process and handle front office and back office operations conducted at the respective Visa Application Centres (VACs)Areas of Responsibility & brief description:Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processingHandle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephoneHandle cash and bank related transactions if assignedRecord & maintain all application dataEnsure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errorsMaintain up to date information on visa regulations and feesQualifications:Completed at least two (2) years in college0-12 months of experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industryMinimum of 6 months experience in SalesProficiency in MS office & good typing speedAdaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints
