Details of the offer

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
Required Skill(s): Experienced in Travel Visa assistance and documentation; Knowledge of embassy visa regulations; Excellent customer service skills; Keen on details and accurate in processing; Willing to do fieldwork; Team player and has passion for service; Ability to multi-task and can work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment;, Strong computer skills; Fluent in English.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Job Desription: Customer assistance on travel visa information, visa requirements and documentations, setting visa apllication appointments and filing of applications; Documentation of client transaction for billing and payment collection
