b. Scheduling of visa appointments with Embassies/Consulates/Visa Application Centers.
e. Keeping records of visa appointments.
- f. _Accomplishing the daily Excel file for manager's cheque (MC) and cash advance (CA) requests._
- g. _Logging of credit card (CC) payments made in the Excel file monitoring._
h. On time preparation of sales orders (SOs).
j.
Briefing of crewmembers with personal appearance to the concerned Embassies.
l. Receiving of documents from PTC Crewing Offices and checking of its completeness and consistency, as well as updating Aquarius CT on documents received.
p. Releasing of visa documents to clients.
q.
Keeping a duplicate copy of all the transmittal copies of customers and the CTI Visa's dispatch form to client in the Daily Visa Folder.
r. Attend all required trainings and meetings as required by the Company.
s. Comply with the company's' Code of Conduct.
t. Comply with the company's Quality Policy.
