Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in cebu The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction on a dayshift account.
Qualifications
Open for newbies and career shifter
Prior experience in account management is a plus
Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Open for High school Graduate, K-12 Graduate, College Level, or Bachelor's Degree
Amenable to work Onsite and START ASAP
