EMAPTA Versatile Services is looking for a high-level Accounts Assistant-Invoice Processor in our Mandaluyong office.
Our client-partner is a construction company that focused on top quality workmanship and reliable outcomes for clients.
The objective of the Accounts Assistant to assist the Project Team and Accounting Department in undertaking their duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Data Input as required
• Renaming invoices payable as per Project Team requirements
• Filing/archiving invoices into Procore/Dropbox as per Project Team requirements
• Entering invoices payable into tracking sheet for Project Team approvals
• Following up on approval deadlines being met and forwarding to Accounts Department
• Assisting Project Team with administrative requirements
• Reports as required for Project Team and Accounts Department
• Sending outgoing faxes, receiving incoming supplier/subbie invoices from Accounts Department for distribution to Project Team/Procore
• Loading contacts into xero for Project Team
• Following up on queries, job numbers outstanding approvals for Project Team and relaying to Accounts Department
• Co-ordinate required info from Project Team to Accounts
• Credit Card reconciliations and tracker for Project Team
• All other tasks as may be instructed to you by your ManagerQualifications:
• A graduate of any bachelor’s degree or have at least finished 2nd year college or a 2-year Technical / Vocational course
• At least 1 to 3 years of AU / US / UK Customer Service experience from an email and or voice support campaign
• General computer literacy skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Docs
• Impeccable English-speaking skills and make clear and transparent conversations
• Excellent Customer Service writing skills
• Must have keen attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively multi-task and handle multiple job requests
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data entry experience is an advantage
• Typing speed of 40 to 50 Words Per Minute is an advantage
• Experience with Procore and Xero is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm
