**What you'll be doing?
**
- Provides support, coaching and troubleshooting service to lower level personnel.
- Schedules efforts to assure precise telephone coverage; looks after priority of phone calls and moves escalated phone calls to ensure settlement to issues.
- Prepares standardized information to monitor work load, response time and value of input.
- Answers phone requests and supplies information/ solutions to clients.
