**About You**:
- At least 2 years completed of college with 1 year BPO / Professional experience
- Amenable to work on-site
- Average to Exceptional communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Analytical use of data
- Knowledge in PPC (Pay Per Click), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Experience in eCommerce platforms is preferred but not required
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically and follow a process
- Skilled in business reporting and analysis
**In this role, you will**:
- Work within the commercial team — specifically supporting the Growth Strategist Executive and the Growth Strategist Team.
- Responsible for customer success, account management and strategy consultancy.
- Accomplishment of KPIs which are customer satisfaction, retention and expansion.
- Working with multiple managed customers in the US, CA, and EU.
- Building customer presentations - growth plans and monthly reports.
- Execution and launch of all new products and the relaunch of ASINS that has lost momentum.
- eCommerce account maintenance
**Salary**: Php35,500.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
