Responsibilities
We expect an attitude where “everything is under control”. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:
Overall guest management - check-ins, check-outs, tour bookings (if necessary), complaints, etc. Take responsibility and ownership of the villas – this includes cleanliness, maintenance (making sure all the villas are in 100% perfect condition), communication with the guests and villa owners. Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of SEAClub service from all aspects of their holiday Act as an ambassador of SEAClub villas Develop and maintain a close relationship with guests, ensuring they are informed of all local events and updated on any relevant information that may help enhance their stay. Tasks
Deal with guests’ problems quickly, effectively and efficiently Full concierge service by helping & advising guests with making reservations for activities, attractions & recommended restaurants Maintain and develop good relations with all existing or new suppliers, contractors and villa owners Help plan the smooth transfer of guests to and from the airport Purchase and manage required stock, including all goods, beverages & cleaning products Abilities and expectations Excellent numeric, administrative and organisational skills Have an outstanding eye for detail Ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills Organised, highly flexible and proactive Disciplined and honest Professional and can-do attitude Excellent time keeping and reliability Ability to remain calm, patient, diplomatic and careful under pressure Minimum Qualifications:
Our villa Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and guest experience in each of our villas. This includes every aspect of the villa function from guests’ transportation needs, overseeing all the staff and villa maintenance while gracefully interacting with our guests, making sure they have everything they would need.
Job requirements
1-2 years experience in hospitality or specifically in villa/hotel management Has a degree in Business Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related degrees Computer literate (Excel mainly) Must own her own motorbike and laptop Lives within 15 minutes from Canggu Excellent management, operations and administrative skills Quick and creative problem solver with ideas on how to fix issues Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Must love hospitality as a career Able to work with the local community Willing to work extra hours when needed Applicants must be Indonesian
