Telesuccess Productions is looking for full-time Video Editors for our office in Greenhills who can:Ideate and execute visually-stunning videos based on project briefsDigitize video footage from an extensive tape library and put it on a server to be copied and added to new archive systemMonitor video files to ensure they meet visual quality standards.Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiencyManage and maintain source material, projects, and other assets Education or Certification(s) Required for this PositionA graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or any related course; as well as, any combination of education and training, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.Knowledge and Skills Required for this Position:Minimum of 1 year professional video editing experience working with in-house or production companiesSolid experience with digital technology and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Avid Media Composer, etc.)Knowledgeable of file formats such as Prores 422, 422HQ and 4444, MXF, MP4, H.264, DPX, Mono/Stereo Audio, XMLs, EDLsmacOS and Windows 7/8/10Knowledge in 3D software and animation is an advantage but not requiredAudio post production experience is a plus (recording, mixing, scoring, etc)Highly creative and able to visualize and conceptualizeOther Requirements:Able to accurately estimate timelines and efficiently time manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks with pressing deadlines and client needsDemonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolioResponsible for seeing projects from initial concept through execution and final delivery, on time and at a high-standard.Capable of effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders on timelines to ensure project progress and completion.Video Editors will be expected to have strong, collaborative skills. Collaboration amongst team members, internal clients, and stakeholders is a daily requirement.Ability to work as effectively solo as you are on a team.Great attitude and willingness to support a teamAble to work in-house at our office in Greenhills, San Juan City
