Vendor Operations - Seller Support (Warehouse)

Job Description:
Must have proficient excel skills, and knowledgeable in (Vlookup & Pivot Tables) Responsible for PO creation, SKU creation and Inventory update. Will work together with the various Shop Managers to ensure all products are listed and enabled on the website in a timely fashion. Responsible for analyzing existing product listings, recommending improvement plans for listings, and measuring the effectiveness of changes. Responsible for ensuring that all product listings are grammatically correct and technically accurate. Responsible for ensuring that all purchase orders are created accurately before stocks arrival. Ensures that inventory and stock qty. are updated to avoid out of stock and late shipment Minimum Qualifications:
Must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna or relocate to the area Driven, motivated and hungry Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills Good team player, and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs Experienced hires would be considered for more senior positions Must possess at least a High School diploma Previous experience in Supply Chain or warehousing is a plus Must be amenable to work under shifting schedules, during holidays, weekends, render overtime.
