Value Proposition And Partnerships Head

About the Role As a Value Propositions and Partnerships Head, you will oversee the development of all payroll initiatives related to product value proposition, servicing, and client onboarding.
You will be responsible for crafting retention and deposit build-up programs for existing payroll retail clients.
How you'll contribute Develops and enhances all value propositions of products to meet customer needs and drive business metrics.
Oversees product processes to ensure efficient execution of strategies and optimal customer experience.
End-to-end management and implementation of new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos, and incentive programs.
Effectively articulates product vision and strategies to different stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.
What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in product management and project management, preferably from banking or fintech industry.
Has a wide understanding of different areas of CASA/Payroll business.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills; conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced Excel skills / advanced PowerPoint skills).
Can work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams.
