Utility Personnel

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of G101 building premises but not limited to the following areas:-Multilevel Hallways-2nd Flr Conference Area-3rd Flr Admin Office-4th Flr Sales and Training Room-Showroom Office (satellite office)2. Observe safety precautions in the work area during performance of duty.3. Receives briefing and work assignment from admin manager.4. Submit daily accomplishment report to admin manager.5. Ensure building cleaning tools are safely and securely stored.6. Practice workplace safety.7. Observe proper turn-over procedures8. Performs other duties as may be assigned by admin manager.Minimum Qualifications:-Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma/ Vocational Diploma in any field.-No work experience required.-Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.-General knowledge of electrical repair and maintenance is an advantage for this position.-Resident of Quezon City-Willing to start ASAP
