High school diploma or equivalent
Hard working, trustworthy and safety oriented
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Maintains the office, its fixtures and its premises clean and free from rubbish and dirt at all times, store all trash and garbage properly;
Maintains the office and its premises free from disturbing, offensive and bad odors;
Performs office related errands such as but not limited to bank withdrawal, payment of utility bills, mailing, photocopying of office related documents;
Perform minor office repair & canvass materials for fixture replacement
Purchase monthly pantry supplies
Perform other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.
