Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with instructional design and training development
Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods, such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, workshops/hands on etc.
Select and/or develop training aids such as training handbooks, job aids etc.
Organize, coordinate and communicate training programs for the business
Conduct new hire training and cross skilling sessions using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness.
Measuring and tracking pre and post training performance.
Tracking assessment scores approved/standardized curriculum.
Develop strong relationships with all departments to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training
Maintain trainee personnel records/learning history
Deliver ongoing refresher/remedial training based on the development needs
Monitor, record, and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness
Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
Monitor calls from a product and communication skills perspective and provide coaching thereafter
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with active PHRN and USRN license (any state)
2+ years of Clinical experience
2+ years of experience in training
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in communication skills training
Utilization Management exposure
