**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and analyze employee benefit programs, research issues, and track usage data;
- Process timecards correction, leave requests, including updating employee numbers, hours, garnishments, benefits and vacation, etc;
- Monitor attendance reports and collect necessary data from employees, such as social security number, job title, etc;
- Communicate with employees and management about benefits options and usage;
- Additional duties may involve any other relevant information regarding benefits.
**Requirements**:

- Degree in business and administration and other related fields
- **5+ years experience in US payroll and benefits administration**:

- Proficient with MS Office and G Suite
- Expert in using HRIS and Payroll Software **(ADP)**:

- Self-motivated
- Fluent in English
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Can work US Pacific Time.
