Responsible for the talent acquisition life cycle including sourcing, phone and resume screening, interviewing and candidate onboarding.
Support business units by achieving set recruiting targets
Real time updating of databases, tools, trackers and documentations
Candidate must have 1-2 years of US Healthcare recruitment experience /Philippine-based BPO professionals (callcenter agents)with Healthcare background
Proficient English communication skills
Must have a strong professional network and be motivated to utilize outside sources.
Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Must be willing to work in UP Ayala Technohub and at night shift schedule
